Bring your grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, and kids of all ages to learn about animal families while spending time with your own! We will explore different animal family dynamics through activities, crafts, and games. Light refreshments will be served. Registration is required.

Attend both classes in the series; the classes are offered on February 14-Mobs, Pods, and Prides (Mammal Families) and April 11-Parliaments, Flocks, and Murders (Bird Families).

How much do rhinos weigh? Where do giraffes sleep? All this and more will be answered during our behind the scenes tours. This hour long tour will take you into areas the public doesn’t normally get to see, you can learn more about the animals and how we care for them. Join us for a light breakfast while learning about the animal of the day. Then head down to their exhibit and see the featured animal enjoy their breakfast too! This is perfect for the entire family, enjoy breakfast and then head out and see the rest of the Zoo.

The Giraffe breakfast is offered on Saturday, June 6th and Sunday, June 7th and Saturday, June 13th and Sunday, June 14th.
